You do NOT have to have an account with sassyNpunk to purchase from our stores.
Yes, we ship worldwide.

**Exchanges & Refunds
Please be aware that we do NOT offer exchanges or refunds, and all sales are FINAL!
However, we do reserve the right to deal with customers and situations on an individual basis. 

**Shipping
Most items on our site have a primary shipping charge of $4.99 and $1 for every additional item. ($5.99 primary charge for international orders). Larger items such as purses and large toys have a primary charge of $7.99 - $9.99 depending on size.
Orders will be shipped out within 5-10 business days and will ship by USPS.
